One day he noticed that themotor car seat in his motor vehicle was made of Rubberised Coir Fibre. Those days the European and American car manufacturers used Rubberised Coir Fibre to make the high-end motor cars seats using Austrian technology. Mr. Gupta got the Austrian technology along with Plant and Machinery from DOA and started manufacturing Rubberised Coir mattresses in Bhubneswar, Orissa. Orissa had a good availability of Coconut plantations.
